FAQs
Yes! Your results consultation is designed to answer all your questions. If anything comes up afterward, you’re always welcome to get in touch for clarification.
Once you know your palette, shopping becomes easier and more focused. You’ll buy fewer items that end up unworn, and instead build a cohesive wardrobe where everything works together. That means less waste, smarter choices, and more confidence in every outfit.
Most clients are pleasantly surprised by how much they love their palette once they see how it transforms their look. But remember — this isn’t about restriction. It’s about giving you a foundation to work from, and you’ll always have the freedom to adapt it to your taste.
Currently your Colour Companion is specifically designed to help you glow in your fashion and style choices. I am actively working on adding hair and make-up packages, so they will be available soon! Stay tuned on my social media for updates on release dates. However, if you have already purchased your virtual colour analysis service and are interested in the hair and makeup packages once they are available, it will not be necessary to repeat the entire process, it will be a simple add on.
You will receive your Colour Companion, which includes: a brief explanation of colour analysis and the colour season wheel. You will discover your colour season AND sub-season. I show you a behind-the-scenes of my process and how I came to my conclusion. It includes 80 shades specifically designed to suit you, with a mention of your WOW colours. You also will receive practical tips on how to use it in your wardrobe — so you feel confident using your palette in everyday life.
You’ll receive your full analysis and personalised recommendations within 3-5 days of submitting your photos.
Yes! Style is about self-expression, not strict rules. If a favourite shade doesn’t fall in your palette, I’ll share tips on how to wear it in a way that still complements you (for example, choosing it for accessories rather than near your face).
Not at all! At Rebecca Annie Edits, it isn’t about throwing out everything you own. Instead, your palette helps you make better choices with what you already have, while guiding any new purchases. Think of it as refining and elevating your current style — not starting over.
When done with the right process and photos, a virtual analysis is highly accurate. I take time to study your features carefully and use the same professional principles as an in-person consultation — the only difference is that you don’t have to travel.
I’ll ask you to send a few photos of yourself in natural light, following simple guidelines I’ll share with you. I will also ask for one or two childhood photo’s. This ensures I can see your colouring clearly. Don’t worry — you don’t need professional photos, just a phone camera and good lighting.
A virtual colour analysis is a personalised service where I assess your natural features (skin, eyes and undertone) using the photos you submit. From there, I identify the colours that harmonise with your features and create your customised palette. Everything is done remotely— so you can discover your best colours from the comfort of your home.
